Home Buyer's Inspection:
If you are purchasing a home in the Annapolis, greater Baltimore, Washington area or on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Showalter Property Consultants is the home buyer’s choice for a home inspection company.
A Home Inspection from Showalter Property Consultants will help to educate you about your new or exisiting home. This includes all accessible major systems and components of the home such as the grounds, structure, roof, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, room, grounds, interior, basement, crawlspace, basement, fireplace and much more. We follow the standards of practice of the National Association of Home Inspectors and Maryland State.
The Client should interview any potential home inspector to verify they are qualified to perform a proper home inspection. The Inspector's qualifications should include inspection related training, length in the industry, actual experience in construction or architecture and a true understanding of the structure and components. See our credentials and experience here.

He was also featured on several episodes of the HGTV show House Detectives.
The Inspection Report is one of the most important components of the home inspection. Showalter Property Consultants offers a narrative inspection report utilizing photos through the inspection report.
